Welcome to OrderatHub.com (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
OrderatHub.com is a multi-vendor platform that connects customers, vendors, and delivery partners for ordering food, groceries, pharmacy products, parcels, rentals, and other goods/services.
By accessing or using our Platform, you (“User”, “Customer”, “Vendor”, “Delivery Partner”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, including but not limited to:
Syrian Commercial Code (Law 33/2007)
Consumer Protection Law (Law 8/2021)
Electronic Transactions & Payments Laws (as regulated by the Central Bank of Syria)
Copyright Law (Decree 62/2013)
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Damascus, Syria, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts under Syrian law.
Vendors must be legally registered businesses in Syria with valid trade/commercial licenses.
Delivery Partners must comply with Syrian labor, transport, and licensing regulations.
Users, Vendors, and Delivery Partners must register with accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
OrderatHub.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false or illegal information is provided.
Vendors are solely responsible for:
Compliance with health, safety, and trade laws in Syria.
Ensuring products are legal and not prohibited (e.g. narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods).
Providing accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability.
Vendors authorize the Platform to collect payments and transfer them according to agreed policies.
Customers may place orders through the Platform; acceptance is subject to vendor availability.
Prices displayed include applicable taxes (if any) unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be made via:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online Payment Gateways (subject to Syrian financial regulations)
Wallet / Credits (if available)
The Platform may charge service fees or commissions, clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Partners are independent contractors, not employees of OrderatHub.com.
Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or force majeure.
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.
Customers:
Orders may be cancelled before the vendor confirms preparation/shipping.
Refunds are subject to vendor approval and Platform policies.
Vendors:
Vendors may cancel due to stock unavailability or force majeure.
Refund Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method or wallet credits.
Users agree not to:
Violate Syrian law or international regulations.
Upload or sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
Misuse the Platform for fraud, spam, or abusive behavior.
Interfere with security systems or attempt to hack the Platform.
All content, software, design, and branding of OrderatHub.com are protected by Syrian Copyright Law (Decree 62/2013).
Vendors retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and product content but grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display them.
Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute Platform content without written consent.
OrderatHub.com collects and processes personal data (name, contact info, payment details) in accordance with applicable Syrian privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
Data is used for order processing, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Users consent to data storage and processing within Syria.
The Platform acts as a facilitator/marketplace between Customers, Vendors, and Delivery Partners.
We are not responsible for:
Product quality or defects (Vendor’s responsibility).
Delivery delays or damages (Delivery Partner’s responsibility).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderatHub.com disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrderatHub.com, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, sanctions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or internet outages.
OrderatHub.com reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified via Platform or email.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid under Syrian law, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
These Terms may be provided in multiple languages; in case of discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail under Syrian law.
