1. General Rules
At OrderatHub.com, we allow customers and vendors to cancel orders under certain conditions. This Cancellation Policy explains when cancellations are permitted and how they are processed.
2. Customer Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order before the vendor confirms or begins preparing it.
Once preparation or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For prepaid orders, eligible cancellations will follow our Refund Policy.
3. Vendor Cancellations
Vendors may cancel an order if:
The item is out of stock or unavailable.
Delivery cannot be fulfilled due to external circumstances.
Vendors must notify customers immediately through the Platform.
In such cases, customers are entitled to a full refund (if prepaid).
4. Platform-Initiated Cancellations
The Platform may cancel orders if:
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
The order violates Terms & Conditions (e.g., illegal or prohibited goods).
Affected customers will be informed, and refunds will be issued if applicable.
5. Non-Cancellable Orders
Cancellations are not permitted for:
Orders already prepared, shipped, or out for delivery.
Perishable or time-sensitive goods (e.g., hot food, fresh groceries, medicines).
Orders placed with incorrect information (e.g., wrong address, wrong contact).
6. Cancellation Process
Customers must request cancellation via the Platform or by contacting support@orderathub.com.
Vendors and delivery partners must follow internal procedures for cancellations.
Approved cancellations will be confirmed through email/app notification.
7. Fees and Charges
No cancellation fees apply if the order is canceled within the eligible time frame.
If preparation has begun, partial charges may apply (e.g., cost of prepared items).
